Tale of Everything

An endless, multiplayer, agentic, generative story game. A persistent, shared, high-fidelity retro-futuristic world — entirely AI & procedurally generated, story-driven at its core, where players actively shape the universe.

Forks — Living Narrative at Scale

Live in-game Fork Events let players influence pivotal story decisions. Each fork generates new worlds, characters, dialogue, and story arcs. Fork results open to everyone 24 hours after their determination — outcomes persist permanently, and every decision expands the universe for all players.

Not pay-to-win. Pay-to-create.
Free access to the evolving world. Players who want more can influence story forks, shape outcomes, and customize characters & worlds.
Our Ethos

Punk AI. The future of AI belongs to all of us.

How could anything be less punk than our dystopian AI futures? We build the other way: human craft first, AI power second — with local, open models made to empower the people using them, not to concentrate power, drain resources, or take from other creators.

Local

Models run on our own and our players' hardware — no mega data centres draining water and power.

Open

Open models over subscription walls and per-token tolls. AI should be accessible to everyone.

Distilled & Efficient

Small, specialised models that are easier to constrain, test and tune than giant general-purpose ones.

Respectful to Creators

Candid about training data. We fine-tune on our own work and our own distinctive style.

Human-led

People keep the intelligence and the judgement. Models work through authored tools and rules.

MAGE — Multi‑Agent Game Engine

Our proprietary agentic-first engine where game players and AI agents build worlds together at run time — in any medium.

Agent Orchestration

Agent harness and orchestration built for games.

Generative Pipelines

Generative asset and animation pipelines.

Tool Use & Sandboxing

Agents act through safe, controlled tools.

Memory & Narrative

Long-term memory and narrative control.

Creation-safe Runtime

Creation-safe constraints at run time.

Local-first AI

Agents can cost up to $600/day to run in cloud AI. Our agents run on local GPUs with zero cost.

Any Platform

We currently support Unreal Engine, Unity, Godot, Web (TS), Python and Telegram. More to come.

MAGE Demos

One engine. Any medium.

MAGE already runs across the web, native game engines, and even messaging apps — the same agentic core powering every world.

We're building the first AI-native game studio in public

When we started making games using AI we discovered that neither the models or tech existed yet, so we're creating them and sharing what we find while we build. We believe this can motivate open research and development of the next generation of AI games.

The Argument Clinic — trick the AI

The Argument Clinic

Trick the AI: argue by text or voice with a stubborn, honest AI across a 1970s desk until a hidden judge rules you've cracked it.

Local-first AI game agents

Local-first Game Agents

Why LLM-powered game agents are underrated — and how local models can make agent-heavy games viable.

Zork running on MAGE Web

Zork — MAGE Web

A browser-based text adventure showing how MAGE can turn player intent into a living, agent-orchestrated web game.

Wizards running on MAGE Web

Wizards — MAGE Web

A web-native MAGE prototype exploring fast iteration, playful fantasy verbs, and agent-driven moment-to-moment interaction.

MAGE Python demo

MAGE Python

A Python-side MAGE demo for prototyping agent behavior, tools, memory, and orchestration before they become player-facing systems.

Stardash running on MAGE Unreal

Stardash — MAGE Unreal

A native-engine MAGE experiment showing how agentic systems can connect to high-fidelity game worlds and production pipelines.

Stardash running on MAGE Unity

Stardash — MAGE Unity

A Unity integration demo exploring portability, tooling, and how MAGE can serve teams building in familiar production environments.

MAGE Telegram demo — Tale of Everything agents

MAGE Telegram

A messaging-native MAGE demo testing persistent agent interaction, asynchronous play, and game systems that can live outside a traditional client.

Who We Are

AI-native systems. Superlative indie game design taste.

The Everything Studio exists at the intersection of human vision and artificial intelligence. We combine deep AI knowledge, decades of videogame experience, and human craft to make the next generation of Agentic AI powered video games unforgettable. Our edge is knowing the difference between impressive and playable.
